May 19, 2011

Dear Food Lovers,

Perhaps, like we are, you are a huge fan of Ferran Adria as well.  Not everyone has tasted the succulent feast that El Bulli has to offer.  So, it doesn’t really sit well with any foodie to hear about El Bulli closing.  So, what is up with El Bulli?  What is next for Ferran Adria?  In honor of the greatness that is Adria, we included several articles on El Bulli in this week’s ezine.  But that’s not all. Check out the article on the robot waiter or Harvey, the 10-year-old published cookbook author.  These are really interesting posts.

For our featured recipes, we included links to delicious French salad recipes.  Check them out and all the other interesting selections below.

CBD Ezine: Do you regard yourself as a foodie elitist?

Wednesday, May 12, 2011

Dear Food Lovers,

How has your week been so far?  Did you enjoy our “appetizers”?  Are you a foodie?  Do you regard yourself as an elitist?  If you’re not a foodie, do you regard foodies as “elitists”?  We have included an article on this.  It’s a really interesting read.  Also, do you know what are the benefits of joining a culinary association?  Do you know what is the best restaurant in the United States?  You’d be surprised to know the answer to the last question.  The Beard Awards has definitely snubbed the opinion of S. Pellegrino when it comes to choosing U.S. best restaurant.
