Q1.  Do you give out email addresses of your subscribers?

A1:  No, definitely not.  Your privacy is important to us.  You can read our Privacy Policy here.  We guarantee that we do not sell or pass on your email to third parties.  Emails are use by ChefBlogDigest only to send the latest news, information and newsletters to members.  You will not receive solicitations or other emails from ChefBlogDigest.

Q2.  How many times do you send out emails in a week?

A2:  ChefBlogDigest sends out emails five times a week from Monday to Friday.

Q3.  There are days that I do not receive emails from you – why is this?

A2.  ChefBlogDigest generally sends out emails five times a week.  If you fail to receive our emails, this may be due to various reasons.  There are days when we may not send out emails due to scarce information.  Remember that ChefBlogDigest is a repository of information.  There will be days when there will be little information available online.  When this happens, ChefBlogDigest prefers to hold off sending newsletters until we have enough information to send out.  You may also fail to receive emails from us if the email gets lost for various reasons.  We apologize for this, but we do not have control over these things.

Q3.  How do I subscribe?

A3.  Subscribing to our newsletter is incredibly easy.  You do not have to provide a lot of information.  We do not ask a lot of questions. You only need to provide us with your email address and subscribe to our Ezine.

Q4.  How do I unsubscribe?

A4.  It is easy to unsubscribe. Only you have to do is to click the unsubscribe link on your newsletter and that is it!

Q6.  I have not subscribed, but I am regularly receiving emails from ChefBlogDigest.  Why is this?

A6.  Rest assured we do not spam or send unsolicited emails.  If you are receiving newsletters from us, then you may have accidentally subscribed, or possibly someone else has on your behalf.  If you do not wish to receive emails from us, you can easily just click on the unsubscribed link and remove your email from our emailing list.

Q8.  Who are your subscribers?

A8.  Our subscribers generally consist of chefs, culinary students, cooks, foodies and gastronomically-minded netizens.  Of course, subscribers are anonymous.  It is hard to give an accurate answer.

Q9.  Are the newsletters and ezines free?

A9.  Yes.

Q10.  How do I read your newsletters?

A10.  You only need to check your email.  The minute you subscribe, you will start receiving daily emails from ChefBlogDigest.

Q11. What if I changed my email address?

If you change your email address or you wish for ChefBlogDigest to send emails to another email address, you can simply contact us and inform us of your wish to receive emails in a different address.  Provide us with this information:  a) the email address you previously submitted and b) the new email address where you wish for us to send the newsletter and Ezine.

Q12.  How do I look for information, newsletters or Ezine on specific subjects?

A12.  It is easy to find newsletters or information about any topic.  You just have to do a simple search.  If you still have no luck finding what you are looking for, just contact us and we will do our best to help.  We keep archives, so you will find old articles.  All you need to do is conduct a simple site search.

Q13.  Can I expect up-to-date information from ChefBlogDigest?

A13.  Yes, definitely.  We gather hospitality articles, news, reviews, tips, freebies and other useful content as soon as they are available online.  You can expect up-to-date newsletters and Ezine at all times.

Q14.  How do I subscribe to your RSS Feed?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication.  You only need to click on our site’s RSS feed button or click here.  You can then have access to our site’s feed through your RSS reader.  There are web browsers like Mozilla Firefox and IE7 with built-in feed readers.  You can also insert our XML feed into your website.  We regularly update our XML feed.
